Mission Ministries

Deacon's Ministry

The Deacons Ministry consist of ordained deacons and the deacons in training who serve as under shepherds to the pastor. They are responsible for serving the church body by providing support to members including serving the Lord’s Supper, visiting the sick, assisting with community outreach, and managing the church's day-to-day operations.

Trustees' Ministry

The Trustee Ministry serves as stewards of the church's property and finances, ensuring the church's assets are used wisely and legally to support the church's mission and ministry.

Finance MInistry

The Finance Ministry is led by the Trustees who are responsible for the management and stewardship of church funds.

Hopitality ministry

The Hospitality Ministry greet attendees warmly, making them feel comfortable and welcome, whether they're long-time members or first-time visitors. They provide information about the church, services, events, and facilities and reach out to visitors to see if they enjoyed their visit and encourage them to come back.

Music Ministry

The Music Ministry consists of a minister of music who directs the choirs and songs of praise and adoration during devotion and worship services.

Usher ministry

The Usher Ministry ensures all visitors, members, partners of this church are met with a pleasant personality and ensures all are seated and attended to properly.

Education Ministry

New Members class

The New Members Ministry is led by the pastor to ensure all new members are easily integrated in the life and programs of the body of Christ.

Sunday school ministry

The Sunday School meets every Sunday morning at 9:30 am. It is a vital arm of the church that provide learning time for all ages to study God’s word and understand and apply their faith in Christ.

Outreach Ministry

The outreach ministry shares the love of Christ with
people and communities inside and outside the church to spread God’s word, and to provide services and support to enhance the Kingdom of God.

Men's Fellowship

Men’s Fellowship Ministry is led by the men of the church and is designed to encourage and build a relationship with God to foster leadership, fellowship, and spiritual growth among men of all ages, particularly young men.

Media ministry

The Media Ministry utilizes digital tools and technologies to effectively communicate the church's message, enhance worship, and broaden its reach, connecting members and the wider community through various platforms.

Women's Ministry

The Women’s Ministry is led by the women of the church focusing on spiritual growth, mentorship, service opportunities, and Christian education tailored to women's experiences, empowering them to walk in the newness of life that God has for them.

foodbank ministry

The Foodbank Outreach Ministry affords food resources to the needy in Ferndale and the surrounding communities.

The Housekeeping Ministry is managed by the custodian who ensures that the church is clean and maintained in a way that exemplifies the excellence set forth by our Lord Jesus Christ.

Maintenance Ministry

The Maintenance Ministry is managed by the trustees and ensures that the physical appearance of the church, its furnishings and equipment, and its grounds are upkept and well maintained.
